Has my order shipped?
Go to "Guest Tracking" and enter your order reference number and email address. Check your email for your order confirmation to obtain the order reference number. You should have also received an email with a link to the tracking page that will contain that order reference number as well.
My order never arrived.
Check the "Guest Tracking link as described above to check the progress of your package. The carrier may have not been able to deliver your item, and the tracking link will take you to the carrier's page, where you can find contact information to get a hold of them and arrange delivery or pickup.
An item is missing from my shipment.
Check the "Guest Tracking link to see if your order contained multiple shipments. We ship all items from the closest warehouse that has available stock of the item. Sometimes, that means that some items may have arrived from a closer warehouse and the balance of the order is en route from another location. If all parcels have been delivered and you are still missing product, please contact customer service for assistance.
My product is missing parts that should be included.
Please contact customer service for assistance. We will contact the manufacturer on your behalf to arrange replacement of the missing items. In some cases, the entire product may have to be returned and replaced, depending on the manufacturer. Do not begin installing an item with missing parts until we advise.
When will my backorder arrive?
Backordered items are those that our suppliers do not currently have in stock. Backordered items do not include custom product orders for items that need to be created or manufactured specifically at your request. In many cases, we will be able to obtain an estimated shipping date from our supplier for backordered items and can provide you with that information so that you can decide whether you wish to maintain the back order in our system.
