Conventional cellulose fibers are larger than Ultra-Web® nanofibers, and have larger spaces between the fibers, causing contaminant to load in the depth of the media and plug the airflow path; resulting in higher restriction and less capacity.
White circles represent the diameter of a 2µ and a 5µ particle.
Ultra-Web nanofibers have submicron diameters and small interfiber spaces, which result in more contaminant being captured on the surface of the media and lower restriction.

CORSA Performance MaxFlow 5 Filters offer a washable and reusable replacement to your stock air filter unleashing greater airflow for peak performance gains. Each MaxFlow 5 Filter is engineered utilizing carefully selected media that delivers superior engine protection and up to 98% filter efficiency and maximum flow. By carefully designing the pleat structure of the MaxFlow 5 Filter, loading capacity has increased allowing for extended maintenance intervals (Up to 40K Miles).
Each filter is manufactured using a 100% polyurethane frame and flanges with progressive fit ribbing to create a reliable air-tight mesh point between filter and air duct.

DryTech 3D Synthetic Dry Filters
CORSA Performance DryTech 3D Air Filters maximize power and filtration performance while reducing maintenance. Using specialized hydrophobic polysynthetic fibers, CORSA Performance DryTech 3D Filters boost filtration capacity, lengthening time between maintenance intervals up to 50K miles depending on driving conditions. By vastly increasing media depth through unique pleating geometry, each filter traps more particulate than traditional cone style filters allowing you to drive further before requiring service.
DryTech 3D Filters reduce maintenance time by resisting saturation that occurs during washing, dropping drying time to as little as 2 hours. For an even faster clean, vacuum off surface particulate to restore filter performance.
Recommended for consumers who prefer the ease of maintenance of a non-oiled filter but the performance gains of a traditional cotton gauze media.
